Overview
The Purdue Northwest and Purdue Fort Wayne Cognos environments will be merged into a Purdue unified Cognos Environment as part of the Cognos Migration project.
Testing and validation have already occurred. The final production environment move is planned for November 2nd to minimize business disruption and will be unavailable until the following day. This change will impact users of Cognos on Monday, November 4th, 2024.

Key Points:
- PNW & PFW Cognos environment will merge into a Unified Purdue Cognos environment.
- Training sessions will be available on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning to focus on helping PFW’s Cognos Users adapt to the newer version. PNW is already using the same version as the Unified environment.
- If you have currently scheduled reports, you should renew credentials by following the instructions any time after the migration is complete. Instructions can be found here. Cognos Renewing Instructions

Training:
The look and feel may differ from what you expect. However, functionality should be the same. To mitigate issues, training will be available the first two days after the migration and after that by request. Use the following links to attend the training:
