How do I clear the cache in Chrome?

This article contains step-by-step instructions for clearing the cache in Chrome.

Instructions

  1. Click the Chrome menu on right-hand end of the browser toolbar, and select 'Tools'.

  2. Select 'Clear browsing data'.
     
  3. In the dialog that appears, select the check boxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
    Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select 'beginning of time' to delete everything.

  4. Click 'Clear browsing data'.
