Overview
Adobe now requires all users to sign in to Creative Cloud software.
Instructions
1. The Adobe ‘Sign In’ page will appear after launching any Adobe software such as Photoshop.
2. Type your @purdue.edu email address in the first blank. Do not use any other email address in this blank. Hit the tab key or click on the Password blank. The Adobe software should immediately register the Purdue email address, and the dialog box will change. You do not enter your password in the second blank.
3. Purdue faculty, staff, and students should click on the 'Enterprise ID' button.
4. The next screen should be the familiar 'Purdue Career Account' log in screen; use two-factor authentication credentials.
5. Finally, click the 'Login' button.
Upon successful login, the Adobe product should launch. Signing in to one Adobe product on the machine signs you into all Adobe Products, so you should not have to Sign In again when you launch another Adobe product.
After 90-minutes of use, you may be prompted to sign in again. This action is normal and part of Adobe's verification process.
For Faculty and Staff with named Adobe Accounts, if you reach your device activation limit, the Adobe software will prompt you to sign out one of your other activated machines so you can use the products on your current machine.
