Why is the software available to me different than other people?


Products on Community Hub are only visible to those eligible to obtain the software.  Software availability is dictated by each product’s licensing agreement between the vendor or publisher and Purdue University.  An individual’s status with the University usually determines the software offerings available to them to order and download on Community Hub. 

If you believe a particular software product should be available to you, but it is not visible on Community Hub, you should check with the registrar or your business office to make sure there are no issues with your University status.  Pending status changes and record holds often affect access to software on Community Hub.
