How to clear the SAP GUI cache

Overview

Clearing the SAP GUI cache can resolve some connection issues. 

Instructions

To clear the SAP GUI cache:

  1. Open SAP Logon 800
     
  2. Click the SAP logo on the upper-left of the window and select “Options”

  3. Go to Local Data / Cache

  4. Click on “Delete Local Cache Files”

  5. Confirm deletion by clicking yes.
     
  6. Restart SAP GUI
