1. Only current, active employees with Purdue have access to Employee Launchpad (SAP SuccessFactors) and can log into this system. If you are receiving the below error and believe you are a current employee with Purdue, please contact Purdue HR to confirm your HR status at 765-494-2222 or hr@purdue.edu. Once you have an active, current status with Purdue as an employee, you should expect to be able to access Employee Launchpad within 1-2 days from that point.

2. If you are active with Purdue as an employee and are receiving an error that your username or password is incorrect, please try again in an alternate browser. If you do not receive this error in an alternate browser and can log in, you may have bad browser cookies that need cleared or a saved password in your original browser that needs updated. If you still are getting an error that your username or password is incorrect, please contact the Purdue IT Service Desk at 765-494-4000 for assistance resetting your Purdue Career Account password.

3. Cause: The three most common reasons for being unable to access Employee Launchpad (SAP SuccessFactors) are: Having an inactive employee relationship with Purdue, entering in the wrong credentials, or a user's Duo Mobile authentication methods are no longer working.
