Ag - How Do I Sign Into Adobe Creative Cloud On a Managed Device (Windows/Mac)

Overview

This KB will walk you through how to sign in, sign out, and how to choose which two devices can use your license for Adobe Creative Cloud

Prerequisites

  • Adobe Creative Cloud app installed on your device
  • Have a Creative Cloud license attached to your credentials. For more details on this, you can click here

Instructions


Sign In

  1. Click Search/Open Launchpad, search for Creative Cloud, and click on the app icon

  2. In the Email address field, type purdue.edu and then click Continue

  3. Sign in with your Purdue credentials

  4. Once signed in, you will see a list of Adobe apps you can install and update
    Creative Cloud Desktop

    NOTE: You can close the Creative Cloud window once you have signed in. It runs in the background and can be accessed in the System Tray/Menu Bar

Sign Out

  1. Click on the Account icon at the top right of the Creative Cloud window and then click on Sign out

Choose Activated Devices

  1. If you sign in to a third device, you will be notified that you have reached your limit and will need to sign out of Creative Cloud on a device. Selecting Sign out for one of the choices will only sign you out of the Creative Cloud app on the device you chose so that you can use Adobe apps on the new device
