New AI features in TeamDynamix

There are a couple new AI features available in TeamDyanmix, "Revise with AI" and "AI Ticket Summary". 

Revise with AI

Overview

Users can enhance the quality of their text using the "Revise with AI" feature. Users can revise  

  • all content at once by clicking the "Revise with AI" button with no selection. 

  • a specific portion of text by highlight the desired section and then clicking the "Revise with AI" button to receive targeted suggestions.

Either way. a preview window will appear, allowing them to review the suggested changes and either accept or further refine them.

Security and Data Handling

  • "Revise with AI" uses artificial intelligence to suggest improvements to text quality.

  • Purdue data is not stored or used to train AI models.

  • All data processed through "Revise with AI" is handled securely, in accordance with TeamDynamix’s data protection standards.

AI Ticket Summaries

Overview

AI ticket summaries automatically generate two types of summaries for support tickets:

  • Ticket Details: A general summary based on the ticket’s title, description, and any free-text custom attributes.

  • Recent Activity: A summary of the latest communication-type feed entries.

Security and Data Handling

  • AI ticket summaries do not store Purdue data or use it for training AI models.

  • All data used in generating summaries is securely managed, just like the rest of your TeamDynamix data.

AI can be incredibly helpful, but it’s not perfect—so it’s always good to double-check what it generates.
