What are student organization printing quotas and may they be increased?

This article provides the printing quota allotment for student organizations and the forms to complete for an increase.

Details

Student organizations have a default print quota of $20 per academic year (Fall and Spring semesters) and a default print quota of $10 for the summer session.

Log in to a Learning Spaces computer using the organization's account name and password. When documents are printed from the club account, the banner page will show how much printing remains for the account.

To add more money to your print quota, the president or advisor of the student organization should email the Purdue IT Labs team at itlabs@purdue.edu to request the Student Organizations Request for Additional Print Quota form.
