Although branded to look exactly like a Purdue-hosted site, applications to Purdue's Graduate School programs are powered by an externally-hosted service, Technolutions Slate.
Graduate School problems related to the online application and events system which cannot be resolved by the CSC should be forwarded to gradinfo@purdue.edu and the ticket resolved with a note to the customer to go to gradinfo@purdue.edu for further assistance. As of 2016, the Graduate School is no longer using FootPrints.
