Overview
This article describes who to contact for issues related to SLATE?
Instructions
Technolutions Slate is a tool used by the Office of Graduate Admissions to house prospective student records and manage applications and admissions. Although branded to look exactly like a Purdue-hosted site, applications to Purdue's Graduate School programs are powered by an externally-hosted service, Technolutions Slate.
Slate Access
Access to Slate is granted to faculty and staff with roles related to recruitment and admissions. Slate access requires that the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Protecting Social Security Numbers at Purdue University web certifications are maintained. Slate access may be requested at the Graduate Slate webpage under the Slate Access heading.
Slate Assistance
Graduate Slate Support requests that are unable to be resolved by the Service Desk should be directed to the Graduate Slate webpage Slate Support Ticket section where Request Forms may be submitted. Assistance may also be requested through teams or by selecting the Slate Training Resources heading or by email at gradweb@purdue.edu.
