Learn how to submit a request for a Purdue-owned pager.
Instructions
Click the 'Purdue IT Request' button to start a ticket
Include
in your service request the following information.
Device type: (Numeric or Alpha Numeric)
Name of person the device is for
Account number to pay the service plan ongoing.
Once a service request has been submitted the processing time can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete depending on what is needed, availability, shipping, and pick-up.
Purchasing a new device will take longer than receiving a rental.
1-3 business days for a cost summary to approve before the order is placed.
4-7 business days to receive everything from the vendor once the device and any accessories have been selected.
A rental device can typically be picked up in 1-3 business days.
