How do I use BoilerBot to reset Microsoft MFA?

Overview

Employees and students of the West Lafayette and Indianapolis campuses can reset their Microsoft MFA token on their mobile devices.

Instructions

BoilerBot's Microsoft MFA reset service will clear phone numbers and require re-registration for Microsoft MFA. This multifactor authentication technology is part of accessing Office 365 applications.

Users will need to know the following:

  1. Purdue Career Account Password
  2. Purdue ID number (See "How do I find my PUID number" if unknown)
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Purdue Username (See "How do I locate my Purdue Career Account username/login/alias?" if unknown)

You can access BolierBot by using the direct link https://boilerbot.purdue.edu and then select the “Microsoft MFA Reset” option.
