How to Set Up Purdue Career Account Email on Apple Devices

Issue/Symptom: New students are unable to access their Purdue Career Account email on Apple devices as it prompts for Server and Domain information.

Environment: Apple Device, iPhone, iPad 

Solution:  

To configure your Purdue email on an Apple device, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Settings on your Apple device. 

2. Navigate to Mail > Accounts > Add Account. 

3. Select Microsoft Exchange as the account type. 

4. Enter your @purdue.edu email address and provide a description for the account. This description will be the name of the folder in the Apple Mail app. 

5. Tap Next, then choose Sign In when prompted. 

6. A Microsoft Sign In window will appear. Enter your credentials and sign in. 

7. After successful authentication, you will be redirected to the settings page. Tap Save to finish the setup.
