Forwarding e-mail from Outlook to another e-mail account
- Sign in to your account at https://office.com. You will use your full e-mail address here.
- Select Outlook from your list of apps.
- Once inside Outlook, select the gear icon in the top-right corner. A menu will open.
- At the bottom of this menu, click on View all Outlook settings.
- Under Mail > Forwarding, select the box to Enable forwarding. The field to enter your address will become available.
- Enter your e-mail address of choice.
- We also recommend selecting the checkbox for Keep a copy of forwarded messages, so as to not lose any messages sent to you.
- Click Save at the top of this page when done.
