Overview
Two methods for taking screenshots on both Windows and Mac.
Instructions
Steps for using Windows and Mac for taking screenshots of pictures:
Windows:

Full Screen Capture:
- Press the Print Screen key (usually located near the number pad).
- The screenshot will be copied to your clipboard.
- Paste the image into a graphics editing program (e.g., Paint or Photoshop) using Ctrl + V.

Active Window Capture:
- Press Print Screen + Alt simultaneously.
- This captures only the active window.
- Paste the image from the clipboard into a graphics editing program.

Specific Area of the Screen:
- Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool.
- Click New in the Snipping Tool to create a new screenshot.
- Use the crosshairs to select the area you want to capture.
- The image will be displayed in the Snipping Tool window. Save it before taking another screenshot.
Mac:

Full Screen Capture:
- Press Command (Apple) + Shift + 3.
- An image file (e.g., Picture1, Picture2) will be created on your hard drive.

Specific Area of the Screen:
- Press Command (Apple) + Shift + 4.
- Your cursor becomes a crosshair; select the desired area.
- An image file will be created on your hard drive.
