      • Only active, full-time, benefited faculty and staff can use the Adobe "Named-User" software on employee computers.
      • Licensed through your @purdue.edu email address.
      • Adobe products are available for installation on office computers and are pre-installed on classroom computers.  Classroom computers do not have every app pre-installed.  Please open a ticket if you need something not already installed. • Anyone with an Adobe account (Purdue or otherwise) can sign into the Adobe "Shared Device" software on classroom and lab computers.
    • Exceptions:
      • Graduate assistants, student employees, temporary employees, or non-paid employees must use a "VIP" annual license if they need Adobe products for job requirements.  The department is responsible for the expense.  Please open a ticket to start this process.  It will be licensed for that employee with a non-Purdue email address.
      • Using Adobe in student labs for job duties violates licensing agreements.
      • The Adobe "Shared Device" installation type is installed in labs and classrooms.  It can only be used on our physical campus, so it won't be installed on any laptops.  This is a licensing restriction.
    • Personal devices:
      • Eligible faculty and staff can install Adobe software on personal computers at no cost.
