Overview

The steps necessary to use a PC that has been locked from a previous user. 

Instructions

If the PC is locked due to the previous user failing to log off, follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the power button for at least 8 seconds to power off the computer.
  2. Press the power button again to turn the computer back on.
