Nvivo License Renewal

Issue/Symptom: 

• The user is a PhD student and is seeking assistance with renewing his Nvivo license, as it is about to expire.

• Personal computer  

Resolution:  

To renew your Nvivo license, please follow these steps:  

1. Visit the Community Hub website at [https://communityhub.purdue.edu/storefront/product/nvivo_new_student_personal/85].  
    
2. On the webpage, you will find the option to renew your Nvivo license.  
    
3. Click on the renewal option and follow the instructions provided on the website.  
    
4. Make sure to provide any necessary information or documentation required for the renewal process.  
    
5.  Complete the payment process, if applicable.  
    
6. Once the renewal is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email with the updated license details.
