What is Point and Click?

Overview

Point and Click windows client-server and Web based applications (PnC Web Apps) are used by PUSH (the Purdue University Student Health Center). This health information system is an electronic medical records software that tracks a PUSH patient’s entire visit from check-in to checkout. It also allows for billing of services incurred during the patient’s visit.

PnC Web Apps should be run using Google Chrome for full functionality. 

Troubleshooting

The Point and Click system uses the Purdue Career Account for authentication.  

Troubleshooting options: 

  1. Restart the PNC Software Module that is causing problems (i.e., close OpenChart/PnCChart if it isn't responding).
  2. Restart the entire PNC software suit by choosing 'Exit' on the 'Application Manager.'  Or Closing the PnC Web Apps Google Chrome browser window.
  3. Restart your computer.
  4. If using PnC Web Apps - restart Google Chrome.
