Why can't I access any apps in Software Remote?

If you are unable to access the apps, please contact Purdue IT support by clicking the "Purdue IT Request" button or calling 765-494-4000.

They may be able to add your login to an exceptions list. 

Once your login is added to the exceptions list, you should have normal access to the applications on Software Remote. 

Test the access by trying to open the apps again.
