Users are unable to access any apps in Software Remote. While the apps are visible, they cannot be opened, likely due to recent changes in access permissions.
Due to an update in Summer 2024, access to Software Remote is now restricted to specific Active Directory groups at Purdue West Lafayette, Indianapolis, and StateWide Technology.
These groups are limited to faculty, staff, and student roles.
