Overview
There can be problems with the audio in Adobe Presenter. Nonetheless, there are solutions to fix this issue.
Instructions
Here are some steps you can try:
- Refresh the Browser: If you encounter no audio or see “No Audio” at the bottom of the presentation, try refreshing your browser. Sometimes this quick workaround resolves the issue.
- Check Audio Settings: Verify your Mac’s audio settings. Open “Audio MIDI Setup” (you can find it in Applications > Utilities) and ensure that “Built-in Input” and “Built-in Output” are set to 44100.0kHz or 48000.0kHz and 2ch-24bit Integer.
- Presenter Version: Confirm which version of Adobe Presenter your presentations were created in. If they were made in an older version, consider republishing a section using the trial version of Presenter 7 or later.
Note: There were better results when opening the Adobe Presenter lectures in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
