Purdue Fort Wayne- No audio in Adobe Presenter

Overview

There can be problems with the audio in Adobe Presenter. Nonetheless, there are solutions to fix this issue.

Instructions

Here are some steps you can try:

  1. Refresh the Browser: If you encounter no audio or see “No Audio” at the bottom of the presentation, try refreshing your browser. Sometimes this quick workaround resolves the issue.
  2. Check Audio Settings: Verify your Mac’s audio settings. Open “Audio MIDI Setup” (you can find it in Applications > Utilities) and ensure that “Built-in Input” and “Built-in Output” are set to 44100.0kHz or 48000.0kHz and 2ch-24bit Integer.
  3. Presenter Version: Confirm which version of Adobe Presenter your presentations were created in. If they were made in an older version, consider republishing a section using the trial version of Presenter 7 or later.

Note: There were better results when opening the Adobe Presenter lectures in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
