What is the source for Cognos Data?
When is data loaded into Cognos?
Business Data
Business data is loaded into Cognos on Monday - Friday between 6:00AM and 7:00AM; Saturday between 9:00AM and 9:30AM.
Student Data
Student data is loaded into Cognos daily between 12:00AM and 5:00AM.
When is the scheduled Cognos maintenance window?
The standard Cognos Maintenance window is Saturdays from 3:45PM to Midnight. Additional outages will be communicated.
- Reports should NOT be scheduled or ran during the maintenance or outage time.
