Purdue Fort Wayne - How to change your Account Password

Overview

The article provides a step-by-step guide on how to change your password on the goPFW and Self Service Password Reset Portal websites.

Instructions

1. In a browser, go to goPFW but do not login.
2. Click Change Password below the login box.  
3. You will be redirected to the Self Service Password Reset Portal
4. Enter your credentials and login.
5. Click the Change Password tab, at the top of the page.
6. Enter your Old Password.
7. Enter you New Password
8. Confirm you New Password by re-entering.
9. Click Change Password
   1. Once it has successfully been submitted, you will receive an email stating your password has been changed.
10. Click Continue
11. This takes you back to the login page.
12. Your new password will be valid immediately.
13. Try logging in with your new password both on this page and on goPFW.

Tip: You will have to update your password on your mobile devices.
