Google AI Training & Google’s Gemini Enterprise for Education Licensing

Overview

Future expansion to other groups will be announced. This article explains how to access Gemini using your Purdue account, how licensing works, how to request training, how to opt out, and where to find official learning resources.

What Is Gemini Enterprise for Education?

Gemini Enterprise for Education is Google’s AI assistant available within Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides when accessed through a Purdue‑managed Google account.

Access is provided under Purdue’s institutional Google Workspace environment and is separate from personal Google or consumer Gemini accounts.
