Instructions
The equipment that is purchased from the shopping site http://www.it.purdue.edu/shopping is purchased directly from the manufacturer or distributor. The vendors also provide a warranty on the equipment. For this reason, the company from which you purchased your hardware should be contacted for issues you may be experiencing.
