Instructions on how to contact Qualtrics Support
- Log into https://purdue.qualtrics.com
- Click the Help link at the top right of the page (? inside the circle)
- Click the Contact support button
- Click 'Purdue University university wide' within the box below your username
- Click Survey Platform & XM Directory from the boxes of available products
- click the appropriate box for how you would like to contact Qualtrics Support
Options
Chat - If you prefer to chat with Support, click the Chat button
Phone - If you prefer to speak with a rep over the phone, click the Phone button and fill out the necessary information for Qualtrics to call you
Email - If you prefer to submit a ticket, click the Email button and Qualtrics will email you responding to your issue
*Please note - Phone and Email usually take longer to reach a rep than the Chat route
