Overview
The Purdue IT Service Portal allows users to view tickets they have submitted, or been included on, inside the Team Dynamix portal.
Instructions
Follow the instructions below:
1. Go to service.purdue.edu (or click the home tab above) and log in with your Purdue Career Account username and password (using two-factor authentication).
2. Click on the "View Your Requests/Issues" link.
3. Use the search interface to search for your tickets.
A. Note: If you are logged in, the default search will be to search for your tickets. Under "Status Class", options include "Select All", "New", "In Process", "Completed", "Cancelled", and "On Hold." This search can help you narrow down your search if you are looking for, closed tickets, in-process tickets, etc.
4. Your search results will appear below the search box. Click on a ticket title to see the ticket details.
