Overview
The Purdue IT Service Portal allows users to view tickets they have submitted, or been included on, inside the Team Dynamix portal.
Instructions
Follow the instructions below:
1. Go to service.purdue.edu (or click the home tab above) and log in with your Purdue Career Account username and password (using two-factor authentication).
2. Click on the "View Your Requests/Issues" link.

NOTE: The above image may not match your exact screen, but the "View Your Requests/Issues" link should be located in about the same area.
3. Use the search interface to search for your tickets.
A. Note: If you are logged in, the default search will be to search for your tickets. Under "Status Class", options include "Select All", "New", "In Process", "Completed", "Cancelled", and "On Hold." This search can help you narrow down your search if you are looking for, closed tickets, in-process tickets, etc.
4. Your search results will appear below the search box. Click on a ticket title to see the ticket details.
Common Errors:
If you do not see any expected ticket results or if you see a message like "permission denied," “you do not have permission to access this application,” or "you do not have permission to view this page" when trying to view or submit tickets, there may be an issue with your account. These issues are most common if you have changed your username or are new to the university, but can occur outside of those circumstances.

If the error message persists even after signing out and back in, using another browser/incognito mode, etc., then the IT Service Management group will likely need to update your account.
