Overview
The article explains how to manage subscribers of a Listserv at Purdue Fort Wayne using the web interface or email commands.
Instructions
Web Interface
- Go to https://listserv.pfw.edu and log in.
- Click Subscriber Reports from the menu on the left.
- Click Mailing List Management Interface.
- If you own more than one list, choose the correct one from the Select List: drop-down menu at the top.
- Next to the full name of the Listserv, you should see how many subscribers you currently have. Below that, you can:
- See a list of your current subscribers
- Edit the number of subscribers shown per page (up to 500).
- Delete subscribers (check the check box next to the subscriber > click the Delete Subscribers button)
E-mail Command
- Address an e-mail to listserv@listserv.pfw.edu
- In the body of the message type one line for each listserv you want to check, using this format: REV nameoflist
- Send the e-mail.
