Overview

The document provides instructions for sharing notes and files in a conversation window on OneNote. 

Instructions

 OneNote uses: 

1. Sharing Notes:

   • Click the present (monitor) button in the conversation window.
   • Select the OneNote tab.
   • Click Shared Notes.
   • In the note picker, choose a notebook or note page, or create a new one by clicking New Notebook.
   • The selected page docks on your desktop, and other participants receive a notification about the shared notebook. They can add notes as well.

2. Sharing Files and Photos:

   • Drag and paste saved files (including images) into the text input area of a conversation window.
   • Alternatively, copy and paste a file or any image directly into the conversation.
