Overview
This KB article will take users through the steps to set a specific printer of their choice as a Default Printer on their Ag Managed Widows computer
Prerequisite(s)
Have the printer you are wanting to set as default already installed on your device
Instructions
- Click on the Search Bar at the bottom of the taskbar and type "Printers & Scanners"
- Select the Printers & Scanners system settings option that appears

- On the Printers & Scanners page, scroll down to Printer Preferences
- In Printer Preferences, make sure that the option "Let Windows Manage my default printer" is set to Off.

- Find the printer you would like to make the Default Printer on your list of installed printers
- Select the Printer
- Click Set as Default
