Purdue Fort Wayne- Unsubcribing People from your Listserv

Web Interface 

Note: If you'd like to remove more than one subscriber, please consider viewing Bulk Loading Subscribers to a Listserv and using the Remove the imported addresses from the list option to remove them. 

1.      Go to https://listserv.pfw.edu and log in. 

2.      Click Subscriber Management from the menu on the left. 
 
 

3.      If you own more than one list, choose the correct one from the Select List: drop-down menu at the top. 

4.      Enter the email address into the Search for Subscribers (ListservName-L): field. 

5.      Click Search.  If the subscriber already exists, you will be taken to a new page. 

6.      Click the Delete button at the bottom of the page to remove the subscriber. 

E-mail Commands 

1.      Address an e-mail to listserv@listserv.pfw.edu 

2.      In the body of the message, type one line for each address to be removed, using this format: DELETE nameoflist username@email.com 

3.      Send the e-mail.
